Ripoff billing after request to stop billing

In November we were billed for AOL Netmarket without our permission. This seemed to myteriously happen after we cancelled our AOL account. We requested a refund and closure of our account. They agreed and we took it as a mistake.in December we were billed $89.99 by AOL Credi Alert. We requested a refund and only recieved $74.99 back.

In January we again were billed $79.99 by AOL Netmarket. We suggest to change your account information with AOL before you cancel so that they don't try to secretly steal your money. Second we think a class action lawsuit should be filed against AOL, because there are many people we have heard this same complaint from and now we see the same type of complaints online.
