AKA Haia Nayber ripoff scam fraud artist Brooklyn

I purchased a pair of JBL EON 1500 PA speakers from this guy on E-Bay. I sent him a check totaling $709.92 for the speakers, shipping, and NY State sales tax. When I went to pay, he told me couldn't access his PayPal account so I sent him a check. I checked with the bank. He cashed the check and has not sent my speakers. Nor has he replied to my e-mails and phone calls.

I asked E-Bay for his user info. His name is supposed to be haia Nayber. (Sounds suspiciously like, "Hiya, Neighbor".) The phone number is a voice mail box. He uses multiple e-mail addresses. One comes up as "Bobby S, topfetch2@yahoo.com."

I checked with local authorities and there is no record of an E-Electronics. Since the seller was a Square Trade member, I filed a report with them. He told them on Monday, August 11th that the speakers had been shipped. I then asked Square Trade to have him provide me with a tracking number. He has yet to do so and has not responded to Square Trade.

I am currently, with the help of my fiancee, who is a paralegal, and some friends involved in law enforcement, preparing a report to file with E-Bay, NY State Attorney General Elliot Spitzer, the National Internet Fraud Center and various other agencies, should the seller fail to come through. I have also contacted other people who have bought from him & am getting their testimony too. I can't go into too much detail as I don't want to damage their case. If you or someone you know have been ripped off by this guy, please let me know. I will update if he ships the speakers.

Sent payment registered mail it was recieved 1 1/2 months ago still no mixer
