AKA Hayia Nayber ripoff, money order sent, cashed, but never received product

I ordered a Chauvet Duo Moons light from this guy off of Ebay, I paid, it arrived, and I am very happy with it. THEN, I get an email saying that if there is anything else I am looking for, just let him know, and he'll get it for me. I asked for a Chauvet CH-165 light bar and he said he'd order it. Since the transaction within Ebay went smoothly, I made the mistake of trusting this guy. That conversation was back in February and that's the last time he responded to any of my emails.By the way, it only took him a day to cash the money order I sent him. Oh yes, I have a copy of the cashed money order. Topfetch, do YOU have ANY proof that you sent me the item or even ordered it?

To anyone out there looking to purchase ANYTHING from this loser, think twice. Yes, he plays by the rules MOST of the time when operating inside of Ebay, but if he offers you anything outside of Ebay, BEWARE!!! You WILL NOT receive your item. I've spoken with several people stating this same thing.

This person goes by the user ID topfetch.com on Ebay. Yes, he has a lot of positive feedback, but take a close look at his negative feedback. If you are unfortunate enough to have a problem, good luck contacting him. Below is quite a bit of contact information, but he is not good at responding to emails OR voicemails. Maybe if enough people give him enough grief, he will change his ways. If you cannot get an acceptable resolution, I encourage you to file a complaint with the above mentioned organizations. Together we can get this guy!
