Poor service

I purchased their 24/7 antivirus treatment. After I required support they explained that I'd to create a scheduled appointment per week later. After I asked their 24/7 support and also the reason behind the wait the support repetition turned rude and condescending and hung-up on me. After I attempted to call-back she hung-up on me. I had been ultimately ready to obtain a reimbursement however the encounter was terrible. I'd not suggest purchasing something out of this organization.
