I puchsed a membership to Webroot safety application this past year plus they spot me on auto-renew without notice. Ionly discovered once they charged my charge card for that restoration. There have been no choice to talk to customer support. Just imply to request reimbursement was by email. I've observe that there has been numerous grievances accommodations for insufficient react and motion for reimbursement. If yo curently have Norton, webroot maycause problems periodcally (issues). More, when Webroot is operating, big part of the Memory is use, evoking the pc to operate slower before san is finished.

Webroot is playing hardball traying to obtain cash with auto-renew. Their insufficient react and bad customer service of this type brings me to believe their purpose to show support.instead, the organization is more thinking about earning money (anyhow it may) regardless of the what is the price. Their deceptive method of auto-renew for that plan is and instance (no detect, no waring: simply cost it). I'm interested how that may w don without my understanding (that's another issue that I'm trying out with my charge card business).
