GovBackgroundRecords.com $29.95 to Clickbank from my VISA for a year of background checks and I can't check my own background—useless waste of money

I've been sending resumes for years to no avail. I recently found that the N.C.I. C computer lists me as having been arrested for (among other things) RITUALIZED DISFIGUREMENT. I cannot get a copy of my rap-sheet from any police department because it's "for criminal justice purposes only". So, I looked on line for background check sites.
I tried GovArrestReports.com "free" check. I ran my own name, but the sight implied that I'd need to subscribe for $19.95 to view the information. Clickbank charged my VISA debit card $29.95 (but no tax). I've logged into RecordsLogin.com several times trying to search for my records to no avail. I can enter my name, OR, I can enter my date of birth. This is one worthless waste of money. No records found and I usually end up on some state's website that has nothing to do with me.
