Used my debit without my knowledge

My debit card was charged $39.90 for a tomato plant I did not order (I am allergic to tomatos!) I called and complained and they said that the product was sent to a house down the street two blocks from my house, they said it was delivered and refused and is being sent back (hhmm all in the same day I called and complained?) they said that once it is received they will refund my money in 7 to 10 days, I will be watching my bank account, and will be ready to file a dipute with the bank if not. I have now had to cancel my debit card, close my checking account, and reopen one, and now I have to chase down all of the companies that I have automatic withdrawls with and give them new voided checks. Not happy.
