Completely disgusted

I'm totally discusted using the support that 86photovideo offers. First I requested this camera since it was outlined as instock and in a position to vessel in 2 business days. Discover per week later that it's back-ordered. What actually bothers me is the fact that I quit a contact address plus a telephone number plus a message saying I want this with-in 14 days since it is just a present, of course if any issues please inform me. Well, the only real notice I acquired was a contact stating phone to verify purchase. Sadly I had been outoftown for function that week and was not able to examine my mail until Friday which at that time was too late since the shop had been sealed until Sunday. After I named on Saturday the one who responded the telephone would not actually inform me his title, did not care that I had been concerened concerning the purchase I'd created, and got annoyed with me after I requested to stop my purchase after I then found out from him that it's back-ordered. Undoubtedly it has been the largest waste of my period. I'm dissappointed in the fake ad, rude support, and also the insufficient enthusiasim to get hold of the client and create the purchase. Touch, Touch, when there is a telephone number, contact them!!! Believe me after I declare I'm severely dissappointed, and certainly will allow anyone and everybody realize that the corporation is just a total waste of time for you to purchase from.
