Bought a lightweight machine and am today trying to return the merchandise. I named the 800 support quantity but couldn't cope with to anybody and was informed, using a saving, to deliver a contact. I delivered the e-mail and got an answer declaring phone the 800#. Subsequently attempted the "Live-Chat" and also the deliver purpose doesn't work., While contacting the 800 # I never obtain a connetion, I call quantity and nothing happens.
They promote attempt for 60-days and return for complete reimbursement or even happy. I'm unsatisfied (whatsoever) and am attempting to return item.
