Hotmail Account Closed Without Explanation and No Response

It may be hard to complain about something that is free. But we know that free or cheap is not always the best. In this case, it's an e-mail service Hotmail or Live.com. I tried to log on to my live.com e-mail the other day, but got the message that my e-mail account was closed no explanation! I opened another account with a different ISP, and requested that all my e-mails and drafts be forwarded. I've been after Hotmail to try to resolve this, but I'm getting no response. I've had this account for a year and a half, and have tried to contact them a few times about another formatting problem. They never respond.

I still want my e-mails and drafts from Live.com. Does anybody know where I can report Hotmail to? Where can I file complaints? Anyway my advice to all readers here is do not trust this unreliable Hotmail outfit for valuable or important messages.
