Adsense Boy, Trackback Submitter Didn't Honor Refund After Only 1 DAY. Threatened Legal Action Against ME

I bough this companies product "Trackback Submitter" and should have done research first. They already have tons of complaints of not honoring refunds, software not working, and being rude to customers once refund is asked for.

Provide excellent service before purchase, none after.

Asked for a refund after ONE DAY, and the response was that they will help me with whatever technical issues I have.

When I said I just want a refund I got the response that so many others have got, which is,

"We are sure you know that filling out a false
dispute is AGAINST THE LAW. We have all records (invoices and payment
records with your IP, logs of THIS CONVERSATION, etc.) to prove that you
authorized this transaction, ordered and used the software.

The software also comes with integrated callback feature, and we have
software usage logs (callbacks) with your IP address and other personal
details (to prove you ORDERED AND USED the software) and we will provide
all logs of this communication to your bank (so they will see that you
ordered and used the software, and now you are trying to do something
against the law by opening a false dispute). We busted several dishonest
customers using this method in the past, and they were not very happy
about legal issues they experienced after that.

These people are scam artists and so unprofessional. Stay away, trust me.

If you actually use the software there's a good chance you'll hurt your sites, not help them. And get banned.
