I'd got much of sony vaio notebook on blackfriday. I purchased them. As time passes, got a email from newegg the product isn't in-stock and certainly will supply you the notebook within the same price if it returns in-stock with greater cost.

Once The product returned in-stock, I called-up customer support. They stated they'll not have the ability to recognize the blackfriday offer and held fighting and began providing discount about the initial cost. They stated they'll focus on it and contact me inside a week. I didnt obtain a simple phone from their website. I again called back plus they stated them isn't in-stock. We might provide you with the notebook within the same cost when it'll return d inventory. Following a week, I noticed it in stock. Named customer service, (who have been never great fans), I had been evry moment repeated exactly the same tale to every CS consultant plus they didn't provide me a justification for not provding the exact same offer even when I've their email declaring that they can provide me the lappy within the same cost.

Really poor experience... Won't actually store again from their store... Shady ppl... Dont maintain their guarantees...
