Ait and switch, failure to live up to price matching policy

I consider myself a typical customer. I had a need to buy an I Touch 32gb, and 2 laptops. After checking the web for offers, I discovered the older-model I Touch at Fryis for $249. (tested supply at my local shop 8 in stock) and got the title of the consultant who established stock. Bestbuy had a good deal on the notebook, but I sensed that Cookis may likely possess the same pc in the same cost. Went to Cookis and went directly for that I Touch; simply to be informed they'venot had it in-stock for just two months.
