Ordered 2 pair of Tory Burch boots from the site. First my credit card was charged by another company and bootssalesworld said they were unaffiliated, so I entered my order again on 11/18 and they charged my card $475. No boots have been received. I requested cancellation by email on 12/13 as the boots had not been shipped, but they did not cancel. I repeatedly asked for a tracking number which they did not provide. As of 1/5 - no boots received. The company cannot be trusted and seems to be a scam.
