Money by Web RIP OFF SCAM BEWARE False Promises—LIES, LIES, LIES

Was contacted by Direct Connect Communications, I did not call them—Brett was the sales rep—I never would pay a company money to send them deals and I told Brett this but, after an hour on the phone of making promises, I fell for it a dn gave them permission to charge me $250 basically they try to get money out of people, lie constantly, tell the consumer everything they want to hear. I was told by Brett that his company offered many services that were not on the package sent via mail for the signup. I paid $250 for one thing, was mailed another and when asked for a refund, I spoke with Moe Robbins, who basically told me —too bad, talked down to me, gave me complete attitude. Being a small business owner for over 5 years now, I was blown away by the way this company treats people and takes advantage of people in oday's bad economy. I was promised they would look into the sales person who made the empty promises and call me back. Nothing. A week later, Kathy called me and I explained what happened and she promised to call me back and no response. Moe promised to call me back and nothing again. I guess I have to write this off as a loss but, I wanted to make sure people know who they are dealing with if ever contacted by this company.
