Terrible customer service

I'm students and that I believed this could be the very best telephone business to participate since a they state - no agreement and that I could be below for starters year... I've had issues with this support since I have purchased this phone-in December. I named and named their customer support with no one could help me. I actually visited their gone customer support store 3 times where they didn't do something about this. I continued calling plus they might inform me perhaps its another community, however the humorous thing is I've a buddy using the same type of telephone, who'd exactly the same type of support and we originate from the exact same location, and he or she didnt have any issue whatsoever. Lastly i returned towards the location where i purchased the telephone, the seller named the organization utilizing their seller point, AND CERTAINLY WILL YOU THINK THE ISSUE WAS CATEGORIZED! But unfortunately 30 days later i realized it had been no longer working again, and so I began calling their client service point, ostensibly I'm back to rectangular one. I feel just like no body is prepared to aid me, i actually informed them to get rid of the support, with no one actually bothered to ask me why.
