Catalog Company ripoff slow prossessing, waste of time very poor customer service It's been 16 days (from the day they shipped it) and still no dress

I place an order by phone with these people or a new dress. They say it was shipped out on July 2nd. They say to give it 6-10 working days, I did, on the 12th day I called becasue I had no dress yet. They said the following Thursday. I called then, they said to call the following day since according to them it hasn't reached 10 days yet, (because in their words, "the 4th of July is a 3 day holiday", ummm No, its not).

I call the next day (today) to be told to call next week and it's because the mail is slow. I ask for a tracking number, they say they don't have it, the post office doesn't do tracking numbers.

The dress is currently on their website as out of stock. They have not been helpful, and are constantly giving me the run around. It's been 16 days (from the day they shipped it) and still no dress. I will NEVER order from this company again. Save yourselves the aggravation and don't make the mistake I did.
