Stole My Money Poor Service, Not as described

Bluehost.com is a company to avoid in all circumstances. They say that they are all about customer satisfaction. Don't believe it for a second! This company is far from up front with its customers, I was one. They have my money and my site is disabled. Credit card disputed with Capital One, contained information about another account that I have with another web site hosting service. Shop around, if this is the only web site hosting service in the world, then you will have no choice. Service "IS NOT USER FRIENDLY' as they claim to be.in there control panel options listed do not work, even though they are listed. Like the page design wizard, never worked, this is required to build your web site pages. Save yourself loads of aggravation and avoid these people. A good name for this company would be "NO HOST" web site service.
