Worst customer service

After getting a phone from Earthlink at the start of May to get a house telephone highspeed online sites, I registered. It has been nearly per month, not just they'venot had the opportunity to change me to their support, but additionally today my telephone service is cut, also, going back fourteen days. Therefore, no telephone support. I named 20-30 times, every time losing hours on-hold. I actually donot remember just how many occasions I described the problem, They outsourced their support to a different international nation, therefore it is possibly difficult to determine what they state or they do not determine what I inform them.

I would recommend not really cosnsidering earthlink. They've the TOUGHEST!!! Customer support, in addition to TOUGHEST specialized group.
