Unknown charges on bank statement, any attempts to call and cancel membership futile.?

I had recently seen a charge on my bank account for 39.97 with the name SUPRTPAYNET.com 866-633-4991 in the heading of the charge. When I go to that site and try to cancel the membership I can not do it. So then I call the number associated with it. They give me a "sorry sir, but the company you're trying to reach is no longer associated with us and then they give me the number 702-479-0840 to reach them. So then I call that number and every time I call no matter what time it is I get a machine stating there hours of 8am-2pm pacific time and to leave a message and they will return the call. Obviously nobody ever calls back, which is why I'm here. I have noticed one other person has reported a ripoff against them. Any help that you can give here is greatly appreciated.
