I ordered a trial membership for $1.97 and never received logon information. Four days later I noticed a charge on my bank account for $78.14 from these people. I haven't been able to reach them

When signing up for $1.97 trial membership to EZ Dollar Club on October 10th, I did not agree to pay any other expenses. No where on their "application" was any mention of $78.14 being owed or to be charged to my bank card.
When I didn't receive my logon information, I e-mailed them to cancel my membership. I did not have a phone number to call them.
When I was going through my bank statement on October 14th, I found the additional charge of $78.14 that I did not agree to, and I still have not been able to reach them.
