Fraudulent ripoff business I have been billed over and over since July I have put a stop payment but somehow they got another payment They now owe me $479.20

I subscribed to the $9.95 trial for 3 days. After the 3days I called to cancel. I was assured it would be. When I received my bank statement, I was billed $29.95. I called for a refund. I was told I would receive a credit the following month.instead, I received another charge. I called again. I was again told I would receive a credit. I was billed again.

Needless to say, I have been billed over and over since July. I have put a stop payment, but somehow they got another payment. My credit union has taken steps to make sure I am not billed again. They now owe me $479.20. I think we need to get a class action lawsuit and sue them for all they've got!!!
