Requested imaging drum. Product not shipped. Was and called organization to inquire why informed it had beennot in-stock. They agreed to stop purchase and this was approved by me. Cash was not returned by them to my charge card. I've called 3 times and was handed every time to guarantees but nonetheless have not obtained credit. I've approached SAFEBUY who also have approached North Somerset Consumer-Protection and guarantee this website. I am expecting responses. Don't buy from the corporation or others which operate from this handle.
