Illysoft they took my money and dropped off the face of the earth

Spynomore is a total rip-off.
I ordered Spynomore on Oct. 2 to get rid of the
'Vundo' spyware, as SNM offered a "money-back" guarantee if it didn't work. Well, it didn't work.
I contacted them the next day to get some help, but no reply. I contacted them 3 more times, and finally asked for a refund. Still, no reply.
I contacted them again yesterday, and you guessded it, still no reply.
These people are clearly operating a scam.
