Scammed me, didn't ever reply., Florida

I ordered the game "X-Plane 10" with some money I had gotten for Christmas. After they gave me a hard time trying to pay with paypal, it didn't ship. I called them and they weren't that nice to me. It finally shipped, though.

Finally, after getting the game, it didn't work on my computer. So I figured maybe they'd let me return it. I sent in a return form. They didn't reply after 2 days, so I called them and left a message. No reply. Sent them 2 email/messages. Still no reply. Called again, and they STILL DIDN'T REPLY.

I feel that they somewhat scammed me. This was a total rip-off and I'm not satisfied. I'm a huge FS enthusiast and hear me out on this: I'm NEVER, EVER buying anything from this website again.
