I had the exact same boxes pop on on my computer telling me I had multiple trojans and viruses and that the only way to fix it was to buy this security measure. I was afraid my computer would crash and I would lose everything on my harddrive.
I purchased the 49.95 for two years. When I looked on my credit card, they charged me $99.45. This is an internet scam. Don't be a victim. I am looking for the number to contact the fake company to get a refund.
PLEASE help if you know who I can contact to get my money back!
