Took payment without authorization

I dropped for that same task with this particular organization. Registered for that free trial offer and were left with 8 weeks of costs on my charge card. I named the organization and threatened to visit the BBB however they did not care. Provided me minor discount that we needed to consider simply because they stated there is nothing else I really could do. Our charge card business won't challenge it simply because they stated they've observed this often and can't win. Anybody have any suggestions?
