Security tool i had gotten the security tool to get rid of the trojans on my computer for $129.95 but it didnt even work. And now i cant even find the file to remove it

The security tool told me that I had trojans on my computer so i bought it for 129.95 it had scaned once and then i could not find the file again. So now i have to buy another program to remove this one from my computer. They have no number to contact them so i cant get my money back.
