30 days later and still haven't gotten my refund

30 business days later...

Video professor has not refunded my money and i've been just told it may take up to 15 days more before it's processed.

The problem with that is i've read from many articles that people are still waiting months later to get their refunds..

I reported this to the local news in their city as well as here locally where i live in northeast ohio... Maybe someone can get to the bottom of they scandalous things they do. If anyone wants actual contact phone numbers for the company, here:
