Additional info on my cr cd statement, $15.99 improperly charged to my credit card. W/out my knowledge or approval

On Nov 15th I was checking one of my credit card statements. Lo and behold, I see a charge for $15.99 from an organization called TLG *AUTOVTG. That's the name printed on the statement anyway.
Never heard of them! The first thought was... My teenage daughter did this! There she goes, charging items to my cr card without asking me first. But then I reconsidered, TLG *AUTOVTG? What would any self-respecting 18 year-old be doing with them? Nothing, as it happens. She was blameless, this time at least.
They must have somehow discovered my card#, and here's the illegal charge. I will acll by card company tomorrow to get the charge removed, and also to cancel this account. And get myself a new card#.
