Took my dual External Enclosures and won't return it now unless they get $45.00

Email them and ask if they could fix a dual External Enclosures that they make.
But I told them not to do anything till I was told what it would cost.
They email me back after three weeks saying there was nothing wrong and I need to fill out one of their RMA
and give them $45.00 dollars.
They would not tell me but after three or four emails they told me that was there charge to look at the unit.
I had ask in the start would I be charge and was told
Quote "Of course Rudolf, we don't do anything to the drive until we receive approval from you to perform the service.
They never told me about any charges to just look at it.
I would not deal with this company now as you see how they work.
