My Passport Essential 320GB Portable USB 2.0 External Hard D suppose to work like a USB memory stick but with the extra space apparently it doesn't work at all.

I called the very next day after I got it. And plain and simple "I don't want the thing anymore, but try telling the girl behind the phone that, she says I have to call the manufacturer to get a report first. I then told her I don't want it anymore, she repeats the same thing 3 times. Gees!"Itold you I don't want the thing anymore!" "DON'T BUY THIS EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE, and you'll save yourself a big headache.
