I ordered two memory sticks of NAME BRAND memory for two PC's I was buiding (one gigabyte each). I also requested that the memory be tested before sent and had to pay extra for this. When I FINALLY received the memory I placed one in my new PC and it would not boot at all. I then swapped the other memory stick and the computer did boot but only registered 112 megabytes of RAM! Not one gigabyte. I duplicated this on my second PC with the same
results. The bottom line is the memory was defective and NOT the name brand I payed for.

I tried on many occasions to contact the company and they have no live people answering the phone-EVER. I returned the memory and lo and behold, they charged me a 20 percent restocking fee. A restocking fee for defective merchandise!!??

This is how they make their money. They do this time and time again. The memory I returned will most likely be sent out to another unsuspecting customer who will experience the same results as I did. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company needs to be shut down by authorities. I have read others complaints from pricewatch.com and this happens frequently. Contact the consumer protection agency and BBB!
