GFXConn Site sold to our business, then sold to 2 others! JJ in Denial

We've been dealing with JJ for about 2 years now. He sold us a website 2 years ago with our logo and web design concept. He completed the. PSD and sent it over. Now, 3 years later, I am receiving emails from lawyers and business team contacts stating our site is a copy. He sold us a site which had several layers from a different company then resold our site to another company. Sotaservers.com is a great example. Our website is xieserv.net - How can such a person be honest with themselves? JJ is in denial of all this, I have worked with his friends many times before, all stating he does this. A few months ago I sent JJ a client, a personal relative of our, an auto-leasing website. Customer paid for the website, JJ never sent the. PSD file, now says send me more money to send the. PSD file. JJ is a perfect example of a scam artist. He does not take paypal because his account is negative in the thousands, just call PayPal and ask.
