JkayGFX, GFXConn, Jj Karabagli SCAM Ripoff

I talked to jj about three months ago about doing a website for me. He gave me a quote on a website for my webhosting company and it was very reasonable so i sent him the down payment to make it. The first week he said he was busy with other projects and he would work on it the following week. I am not a inpatient person and at that time i had made friends with him so i told him that was fine. A week later he said he would start working on it and i never saw any work. I started to message him to get any previews and all my messages were just ignored. I kept messaging him and finally got a response back that he has been out of town and will start it. Well this little cat and mouse game went out for about two months when i finally decided to file a complaint with paypal. The complaint went through with paypal and his account was already at 0 so i could not obtain any of my money back. Jj is very unprofessional and very hard to work with beware he ignores clients and takes forever to work.
