I have a 20$ rebate coming back from Bustink for a product bought at Tiger direct.com. I've emailed twice, and called and had to leave my info on a frickin answering machine twice, and only got one return email that said 'we will look into it and get back to you in a couple days'. Well, I never heard back, and i can NEVER get someone live on the phone. These people are disgusting.
