Didn't receive a rebate or a reason why after repeated contact attempts On-line Based

I sent in for a rebate in Feb03 from Buslink, Which I had never received. After repeated attempts to contact them at their rebate center on-line, They never sent me an explanation of why I didn't receive my rebate.

I do want to say this is the first time this has happened to me, And I will not be buying anything from their suppliers either (Like Best Buy inc.) I think this is deceptive and they should be punished for these practices.

If they don't intent to pay rebates... Then they should not offer them.
