Ez smoker no customer service will not accept phone calls don't answwer emails

I too have had a bad experience with smoke anywhere usa. There is no customer service to speak of, they do not accept phone call, even though they show a phone number on the web sight, 1-888-766-5351. They will not answer emails, i waited 8 days for some kind of response to my cancellation email, only to find a package in my mail box from them, which i refused. The only thing they do well is put unauthorized charges on your credit card. I filed a complaint with the FTC, callthem at 877-382-4357. I also filed a formal complaint with the BBB OF SOUTHEAST FLORIDA, 4411 BEACON CIRCLE STE. 4, west palm beach, florida 33407. Phone 561-842-1918
