Bad Customer Service

I requested a on Oct. 14 but had nevertheless not obtained by Oct. 26. Needed to contact THEM (maintain 30-min) to discover they did not contain it in-stock. Requested another dimension that they claimed they'd. Two nights later however didn't obtain bundle and needed to contact THEM (maintain 45 minute) to discover they did not have that in-stock both. An enormous waste of time and trouble. The corporation DOESN'T keep in touch with the client to tell them something. Site is obscure, too. We now have no outfit for Halloween because it comes out everywhere.
