On the 15th of Oct I requested all services to be canceled at the end of the billing cycle which would be Nov. 1.

Since that day my ventrilo server has been terminated and I do not have any access to the Support Area to create a support ticket. My account including the control panel access has apparently been deleted, (All because I wanted to cancel?)

I have tried numerous attempts to make telephone contact, email contact which have gone unanswered as well as messages left - it seems no one wants to give me the support as a paying customer.

In closing I have to admit I heard stories about this kind of thing happening with customers of maxfrag but decided to give them a try anyway. Don't ask me why. Unfortunately the stories are true. All you have to do is google maxfrag.net and you'll see. So please don't make the mistake i did. Stay away from these guys!
