My guild paid for 1 year ventrilo hosting with maxfrag and after 2 months the service went down. I submitted a support ticket which was ignored, My only recourse at this point is to get the word out about maxfrag's dishonest practices. I've already contacted ventrilo.com and the company they use to resell from. Darkstarllc which according to usacomplaints.com has quite a few complaints also. Stay away from maxfrag at all costs!
