Ron Rike Broken Promises, Lies and fails to pay bills

Rike Sales contracted with me to modify digital photos of equipment he intended to sell. This is large construction equipment. He said " I will pays you a substantial amount of money if one of these sells"... I three years "none of the equipment sold". He then said "when I sell this one piece of equipment, I will pay you Ten thousand dollars" The equipment sold, I asked him for the money, and he said "I never said that". The man is a liar and a cheat. I would be very wary of doing ANY business with this man.
