NEW Correspondence Department Made Me Out To Be A Dummy

Ought a computer from Super Walmart in January with that I purchase a warranty with walmart for 68.00. A couple of months ago the computer started giving me problems i called Walmart Extended warranty to see what they can do. They told me the wrong thing when they said they will send me a computer.

But the computer will be refurbished i brought a brand new computer for 498 dollars and i wanted it to be new. So Walmart said they couldnt send me a new one. So i wanted to cancel the warranty. They told me i had to write a letter and send a copy of the original receipt i did what they told me to do.

The following week I got a letter from the company NEW (Correspondence Department) saying they needed the original receipt and send it to National Electronics Warranty. This company send back the letter and the copies of the receipt. I mailed off the original receipt thinking i will get it back.
