I ordered a cd for learning to sell things on ebay and there was no cost just pay shipping of $1.97. They used my bank account information and took out $39.95. And now I have to close my account to stop the recurring monthly charges. They need to be stopped, they are tricking people with this offer for a free cd to gain access to their bank account information. There is no way to stop this except to close the account. I was raised with the belief of an eye for an eye... Etc... Etc.
