Fraud and scam

I tried a 14 day free trial for some Ebay thing and bidfuel charged me 1.97 for shipping then charged me another. 06 the next day i never got anything from them I called to cancel and waited for 25 minutes on my pre pay phone until I hung up. I checked my bank account several days later and there was a charge pending from regnetord.com for 59.90 i cant stop the charge until it is posted to my account. I also had to cancel my card so no other charges can be added by these? *&^&%$%#$ cant someone stop them?
