Get Organized Ship substitute items-Will not return calls or e-mail

I ordered 6 sets of item 29634 (Always Fresh Containers $ 64.83). The store shipped 6 sets of item 00913. The substitute items are half size copies of the original containers. They are unusable as vegetable containers because of the size. The company will not return my phone calls (reps say they will pass along my complaint to customer service), and will not reply to e-mail.
