I put an order with List Favorites for a product which was to become individualized for as birthday present. I requested it in early Sept since the birthday was September 30th. They charged me for that product and delivered it in my experience with no customization. I delivered them plus a notice seeking the customization be expedited because of the mistake when I had a need to email this present to California from Boston. I also involved a duplicate of the shipping to become repaid in my experience. On September 30th I obtained an email from their store declaring they were shipping them in my experience.
