I worked for Gary Coxe of www.garycoxe.com (Coxe Enterprise (s) starting September 15th. I was paid $1,015.00 for my initial batch of work, and everything was going perfectly smooth. I then did much more work, and we came to an agreement that he would allow me to promote a product of mine to his contact database which should give me enough in sales to continue working for him while paying my bills. I received only 1 sale from the e-mail campaign, and it ended up going to only 20% of the number he originally told me it would, many of which did not even wish to receive e-mails.

I then continued working, and he sent me a $300.00 check, which helped, but covered only a FRACTION of what I was owed. He had a big issue with a conferencing software we were using and IT WAS NOT my fault, but after that, he completely began to ignore me even as I tried to help fix the issues that were there before I even came to the company, when he ignored me some more, I invoiced him for $1,450.00 for the time worked in all of the different projects. He refused and told me that If I filed any claims or made any reports, it was extortion and that his name is a trademark... I checked the Florida Trademark database and did not find the name Gary Coxe anywhere in it, I also did not find a Coxe Enterprise registered as a business under his name.

All I want is the money owed to me. This personal is a public figure but cannot manage to pay invoices to a person he owed.
