I payed 60 dollars for a flash webpage located at this address www.templates247.com/shop/product-details-2642.html

I went to purchase a page on www.templates247.com because i believed it would provide me with a better explanation of the code that was used to make it a flash webpage and then i could learn from it. But when I finally payed for it i did not receive my product. My product was this flash website located at http://www.templates247.com/shop/product-details-2642.html. So I went and sent an email to the support email listed in the contact area of their webpage to see if i could get my product as it was after the 24hr period they claimed they needed for fraud detection and investigation. I got a responce and they asked what product I had payed for. I responded giving them the link to that page and saying that i would provide the creditcard info or paypal transaction ID but they never responded to the email. Here is a copy of the email below.
