RIPOFF Theif, conniving Cindy Hiemenz, manipulative, dishonest, sold my puppies without reimbursement to myself, no AKC registration on that litter due to AKC stop hold of papers

To Whom it may concern:

Cindy Hiemenz of von Fenwald Kennels, WonderLake, IL has sold me a female dog that I am a co-owner with her on, and which I have not received the paperwork to sign to forward to the AKC. She keeps coming back to me and asking for photos of the dog, but I told her she owes me for half of the litter which she has already sold (5 puppies out of Isko vom Klebinger Schloss and Cim vom Venushof—Ruba, Ruby, etc, photos of which are on her website). The litter was whelped by me, and the litter was delivered to Ms. Hiemenz at the age of 7 weeks, after her insistence that I bring the puppies to her to sell.

I still have no AKC registration on the dam (CIM VOM VENUSHOF) in my name, nor have I received any monies from the sale of the puppies that we co-owned the litter on. I have tried to settle this with Ms. Hiemenz on the phone and via email, but she has changed the terms of our agreement after the fact, and now is requesting to buy back my share of the co-ownership, and not pay me for my half of the litter, which she claims now that is HER litter and that I can breed her to another male of my choosing on the next litter (WITHOUT AKC REGISTRATION, MIND YOU), which would make me as bad as she is. The way I see this, Cindy has made me pay for the care of the dam of the puppies, then raising the puppies, now she's sold them and I'm "out of luck" as far as she's concerned.

She's connived and manipulated the situation to make me out to be the bad guy. Most of all, I am the owner of a female, and Cindy's the co-owner on Xabine von Fenwald, which she agreed if she passes OFA hip certification, she would sign the dog over to me with full AKC registration. I doubt I will ever see the full registration in my name ONLY on this dog. I paid $2000 for this dog, which she manipulated me into agreeing to a co-ownership on over the phone. This is one of her many ways of getting around giving full registration to anyone. Because without her signature, I cannot register any puppies out of this female either. This is part of her manipulative personality—to keep control over everything.

AKC has put a stop hold on the registration of Cim von Venushof and the subsequent litter out of Isko vom Klebinger Schloss.

I have furthermore, found out since then, that Cim vom Venushof was never paid for when she was sent from Belgium. She was owned by Mr. Robert Venus, who never was paid for any of the dogs he sent Ms. Hiemenz, for which she owes him over $20,000!!!

He unwittingly sent the registration on all dogs except two, Chipsi and Castar vom Venushof, which he still has the registration on, and you can see she still has those unregistered, unregisterable dogs for sale on her website.

Cim is at my house on my property, and Cindy has offered to buy Cim back and leave me with no money for the litter I paid money out of pocket to raise. I am not selling my co-ownership back to Ms. Hiemenz because I feel that she will just screw over more unsuspecting people.

I have known Cindy for a little over 2 1/2 years via the phone and email. During this time she has complained about construction people doing work on her property as well as her help. These are just young teenage kids getting paid (if they're lucky) minimum wage for a tough job, while she sits, watches, complains and yells. I begin to wonder if there are more issues with her than just German Shepherd dogs.

Apparently, she is now going to breed rare horses and cats, as well. Time to rip-off some more unsuspecting suckers since the AKC is on to what is going on at her kennel! You can contact AKC Club CASE MENAGEMENT DEPTARTMENT at: (919) 816-3518.
